  Service has always been top notch. Great place to service your vehicle if you are in the area. I also purchased my E350 here. It wasn't the cheapest price I was quoted, but the sales rep worked with me on the phone and literally came to my home to have my sign papers and deliver the car, saving me a boat load of time (I have 2 little kids, so spending hours at a dealership is impossible). Again, service is top notch.

  I usually hate the car buying experience because of the long wait times, the hassle of going back and forth about pricing of the vehicle and overall feeling like the salesperson got the better end of the deal.
  
  Not, this time!
  
  Juan Torres was amazing!
  I'm not on here writing because I have to, I'm writing a review because this man deserves to be praised and complimented for his hard work, dedication, patience above all his exemplary customer service.
  
  He made me feel like a VIP throughout the entire time with the smallest tidbits... But those small gestures can leave an everlasting impact on a customer... paying attention to the details. This man had a car picked out that he thought I would like and pulled it up front.
  
  The funny thing is I took that exact model home. He listened to what I wanted in my car and what monthly payment I needed to be out and he got me there.
  
  Even after purchasing the vehicle. He continues to go above and beyond.
  
  You can't deny GREAT customer service!
