  Great experience. I was originally greeted by James who was wonderful. Since he was not yet at the office I was sent to someone who could assist, Lili. She was also amazing and was a great help. She was patient, calm, and very informative. I had such a great experience with the both of them! Thank you so much.

  This place is just a shell company for Mercury Insurance. I worked with a guy named Boris. I've been with Progressive for 8 years plus, I came in from a new state asking to help me transfer my policy, they told me Mercury was better. I said can we get some rates on Progressive, and can we go over the different options step-by-step so I can understand what I'm paying for, he didn't really respond he just click on whatever he wanted to click on didn't really give me any kind of breakdowns or any ways to change my payments. I tried to explain that there was different benefits with Progressive as you stayed for years Platinum level Diamond level Crown level Etc he said he never heard of that didn't know what it was and he didn't talk about things that didn't matter. I tried to show him on my phone but different reward levels and why it made more sense to stay with Progressive he wouldn't look at my phone and got mad at me. He said he's been selling Insurance 20 years and none of what I was saying mattered. Has prices ended up being more than what Progressive gave me directly. He said as an agent he can't give the best price on Progressive. I said what's the point of selling it if they have better prices why do they have you here? He got very upset told me I had a bad attitude should leave if I didn't want to do business with them. I do not want to do business with them they don't listen to people don't acknowledge what they say they just try to sell you what they want which is Mercury. I was literally trying to walk out the door with my hand on the door and he kept talking to me so I turned around to speak with him, not to ignore him and then he tells me I didn't grab you you should just leave why are you still here and he just kept telling me to leave, this is when we got to the actual door to leave the office. If you have a little patience and some computer skills you can get yourself better Insurance these people are just here to help people who do not want to call the insurances themselves and get their own quotes if you want to end up paying them for their time that's fine but they're not there to get you the best deal they're there to sell Mercury because that's where all their commissions come from.
