  I have been a loyal GM customer for many years and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Penske GMC of Cerritos. The level of disappointment that I feel at this time is such that I wont be coming back nor will I refer my friends there as well. The staff at Penske has always been first rate but my last two experiences have left me less than satisfied. I traded in my 2013 Sierra for a 2014 Sierra and the dealer and finance department took more than 2 years to refund my extended warranty money. After many phone calls and emails and the purchase of yet another 2016 GMC product, the money was finally sent. But the last straw was that the paint in the bed of my 2014 Sierra is coming off in flakes. The paint was not applied correctly and did not bond to the primer coat. The service rep told me that I had abused the bed and therefore the paint was not covered. The paint is coming off the vertical sides of the bed and don't even have a scratch on them. I'm just sad that customer service has taken a back seat
